Getting to see your little ones grow, change, and blossom right before my eyes… watching you fall in love in a way that you never even knew existed before you became a parent, then watching that love grow as your family grows…this to me is success.
 
When I first met Kevin and Rikkie, little Hesh was 6 months old. I could see from the moment that I walked through the door that Hesh had stolen their hearts and rocked their world in the best of ways. I felt like I got to watch the beauty of love unfold right before me as they snuggled their little baby boy in front of my camera. When Hesh fell asleep in Rikkie’s arms at the end of the shoot, I got to see the love they have for each other; the love that started it all. It wasn’t all snuggling, we also laughed; Rikkie was the first client to laugh at my bad jokes.
 
So as they fell in love with Hesh in front of my camera, I fell in love with them.
 
Now almost three years later there is Grai. Grai is 6 months old, just like Hesh used to be. He is sweet as can be, and when Rikkie and Kevin look at him, I can see that their hearts have doubled in size; their love unfolding all over again in a new way, in a big way.

And Hesh? Well, Hesh is now three years old and full of life and energy…but the best part? The best part is that Rikkie now laughs at Hesh the way she used to laugh at my bad jokes…a change that melts my heart.
